8 HOUR CURRICULUM

This one-day, eight (8) hour pre-purchase workshop is designed to provide the basic skills required to become long-term owners of residential real estate and educate individuals about the home-buying process.  This workshop covers topics such as budgeting, credit, the loan, down payment assistance, choosing a property, home inspection, and homeowner’s insurance.
