The goal of SUMMECH is to provide affordable housing, to promote home ownership, and to encourage economic development in the Mechanicsville community for present and future residents. These efforts focus on redeveloping a neighborhood that will empower itself to be an attractive and viable living and business community. Conversely we understand that some individuals may not be ready for or interested in home ownership; therefore we have rental properties available as well.
